Daniel Jacobson is a writer and editor with a professional background in publishing. He has significant experience communicating ideas both to general readerships as well as targeted niches.
Daniel is a Web strategist who helps clients craft programs to successfully utilize the Web to gain new prospects and retain current customers. His expertise in social networking campaigns includes planning and implementing a variety of social media initiatives. He effectively utilizes blogs, email marketing, forums, wikis, and other tools to enlist and engage customers for clients. He has a special interest in online advocacy and fundraising drives.
With the literary agency Sanford J. Greenburger Associates, Daniel reviewed and edited hundreds of manuscripts, book proposals, and pitch letters for projects in marketing, business, corporate strategy, health, politics, and a range of other topics.
Daniel provided content and research for PR/marketing guru Richard Laermer's business book "2011: Trendspotting for the Next Decade." He has reviewed books for academic journals including American Studies International and Contemporary British History.
Daniel earned a bachelor's degree in political science magna cum laude from Brown University, where he co-founded the political science society, served as a research assistant in the department, and contributed to campus publications.
