Deb Knowles

Principal

An experienced software developer and consultant, Deb provides consulting services to businesses looking to improve their presence and success on the Internet. She designs, develops and implements Web sites and Web-based programs, including social marketing programs, to increase traffic and awareness.

A successful entrepreneur, Deb has founded, built and sold two companies specializing in development and implementation of software to support innovative management strategies.

She founded her first company, Corporate Health Strategies, when she was twenty-eight years old. Corporate Health Strategies developed health care cost management programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies and was bought by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

During her ‘no compete’ period following the sale, Deb worked for Ernst & Young in their corporate headquarters designing and implementing software and management strategies for clients.

Deb started her second company, The Raleigh Group, to provide software and management advice for clients including more than 30 Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, The Cleveland Clinic, The Mayo Clinic, and many corporations nationwide.

Deb received her MBA from Cornell University, graduating magna cum laude. She received her BA from Kent State University, summa cum laude, graduating first in her class.

Deb has been a featured speaker at many national meetings and has published articles in numerous professional publications.
